If you are looking for integrity and honesty, Blue Ridge Automotive is the place to go! I took my car in for an oil change and general inspection. I was greeted promptly by Kristen and Gavin. Gavin took my car into the shop for the oil change. A few minutes later, he came out to see me. He said that they didn’t want to attempt the procedure bc the previous ppl who last changed the oil, (local dealership) had over torqued the drain plug. By attempting to release the drain plug, damage could be caused. They suggested that I return the car to the dealer and have the dealer deal with the problem that they caused. I intend to take it back and have the dealer change the oil one last time. After this, I will only take my car to Blue Ridge! Thank you to Kristen and Gavin!

Been going to Whitlock Goodyear for about 6 or 7 years now. And have never had a complaint with them once. So I was a bit nervous when I walked in for an engine failure and was told that Nick was leaving. And that new management, Ed and Mike, were coming in. I can happily report that this new team is just as excellent as the previous one. They were very transparent and great at keeping me in the loop as to what exactly was going on with my car. They were great at communicating with me every possible option I had with my repair and which one they personally recommended, and they made the deadline that they gave to me with my engine replacement. They treated me as if I was their first and only customer, which I greatly appreciated. Definitely still sticking with this location for my automotive needs for the foreseeable future.

After my first experience with Blue Ridge Automotive in checking out my car, doing an oil change and overall systems check I can say I was very impressed with their service! From my conversations and interactions with Gavin and Kristen, helping me get scheduled even after I had messed up my own scheduling they were very accommodating and helpful, got me in and finished the job in the time frame that they promised even though they were a man short due to a holiday weekend. I highly recommend Blue Ridge Automotive for your Auto Care needs! They will not disappoint you 👍😀.
